This class is open to anyone wanting to work on their ball manipulation, ball mastery, aerial receives, etc. Players will rotate through different stations at each session, touching the ball hundreds of times at each station. Through technical repetition, players will gain confidence on the ball by building muscle memory.

The program is for field players and goalkeepers alike, as we believe all players should be confident with the ball at their feet. The confidence on the ball is vital for players to then make good decisions through better vision. The individual technique affords players the ability to outplay opponents and be more calm with the ball at their feet when put into stressful environments.

Skills Taught in Fusz Foundational Footwork:
- Fast footwork with the pendulum
- Fast footwork without the pendulum
- Aerial receives
- Proper passing techniques
- Proper receiving techniques
- Defender on the side turns (change of direction)
- Defender behind turns (off the pass)
- Defender at an angle moves
- Defender in front moves

Sessions will be divided into separate age groups/times to maximize instruction time. Stations will be broken into proper competitive levels to ensure proper training and focus on specific needs.
