Fusz Fundamentals provide a fun, yet challenging training environment that works on different aspects of soccer, including finishing, passing, ball mastery, speed and agility, and 1v1 outplaying. Through the programs included, players will build confidence in these areas to better execute in practice and game environments. The goal of these programs is to complement players coaches with what they're working on during team training. The programs are staffed by licensed coaches with years of experience in the youth game.

At Finishing School, each player will take over 1,000 shots on goal over the course of sessions while being taught the proper technique for each type of finish. By building muscle memory through repetition, players will gain confidence in front of goal during games.

At Foundational Footwork, players will get hundreds of touches on the ball every session, improving their ability to dominate the ball in game-like situations.

Technical Training is Lou Fusz Athletic free program, exclusively offered to LFA players only, focuses on the basics of ball manipulation. Specific areas of this program include speed and agility with D1 coaches, aerial receives, juggling technique, fast footwork, turns off the dribble, and moves.
